2010 Law Seminar will be held at Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge on May 4, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This seminar will be hosted by Healthcare Ventures Alliance and presented by the Knox firm. Featured speakers will include: Mark A. Denlinger, Michael J. Musone, Peter W. Yoars, Jr., Mark T. Wassell, Julia M. Werner, Carl N. Moore and Elliott J. Ehrenreich. By attending this seminar, participants will gain a greater understanding of: the impact of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, the role of social networking in employment, defending claims against long-term care facilities, violence in the workplace, the ADA, workers' compensation issues and guardianships.
