Law of the Workplace:  Practical and Legal Solutions to Common Human Resource Issues will be held at the Conewango Club in Warren on January 26, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.  This program will be jointly hosted by the Warren County Chamber of Business & Industry and the Knox firm.

This program was created for human resource professionals, managers, and business owners who engage in day-to-day interaction with employees and want to maintain a thorough understanding of key employment laws and practices.  Featured speakers will include:  Mark T. Wassell, Carl N. Moore, and Elliott J. Ehrenreich.  By attending this program, attendees will gain a better understanding of internal investigations of workplace misconduct, workers’ compensation law, and changes that are being made to COBRA/HIPAA legislation.
