Jeffrey D. Scibetta  Has Joined Our Firm

Jeffrey D. Scibetta is a new shareholder with Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett.  Mr. Scibetta earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  He also received a Master of Laws degree in tax law from Georgetown University Law Center. 

Mr. Scibetta has also served as an adjunct professor at Mercyhurst College and a lecturer at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.  As a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, D.C., he prepared judicial opinions on a wide range of tax matters.  He also worked as a certified public accountant in the Tax Department of Deloitte & Touche in Washington, D.C., prior to his practice of law.

Locally, Mr. Scibetta has more than a decade of legal experience.  At the Knox Firm, he  will concentrate his practice in the areas of taxation, estate planning and administration, corporate law, and business planning.  He joins a team of forty attorneys practicing in nine critical areas of the law.
