
Joseph F. Gula, III is a new associate with Knox McLaughlin
Gornall & Sennett. Mr. Gula earned his bachelor's degree
in pharmacy from Duquesne University and a Juris doctor degree
from Widener University School of Law.
Mr. Gula has six years of experience as
a practicing attorney in Delaware and Pennsylvania. His
primary area of practice is intellectual property, with a focus on business
reorganizations and commercial litigation. Mr. Gula is
also a member of the Patent Bar and has advised clients on
intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks and
copyrights.
At the Knox firm, Mr. Gula will
concentrate his practice in the area of bankruptcy and
creditors' rights. He joins an experienced team of 40
attorneys practicing in nine critical areas of the law.
