A graduate of Indiana University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Moore practices in the areas of workers' compensation and government law. He has participated as a speaker on issues involving workers’ compensation issues for employers and insurance carriers, as well as education law at various seminars. He serves as the solicitor for five school districts in Northwestern Pennsylvania and is also the solicitor for the Northwest Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board. Mr. Moore is active on several committees of the Erie County Bar Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania School Boards Solicitors Association.
