An honors graduate of John Carroll University with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a minor in economics, Mr. Mosier received his law degree from Cleveland State University. At Cleveland State, he was an Associate Editor of the Cleveland State University Law Review. Mr. Mosier’s practice includes merger and acquisition transactions and general business and tax matters. He also designs and drafts employee pension and welfare benefit plans and represents plan trustees and administrators.
