Mr. Wright graduated from the University of Massachusetts and obtained his law degree from the University of Akron, where he graduated with honors in 1974 and served as editor-in-chief of the Akron Law Review. He has served as counsel to the School District of the City of Erie, the Millcreek Township School District, the Erie Housing Authority and the Erie Municipal Airport Authority. Mr. Wright served on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for six years.  His practice is concentrated in counseling government entities regarding complex public issues.
