Mr. Fustine is chairman of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group. He served as law clerk to the late William B. Washabaugh, United States Bankruptcy Judge. His practice concentrates on business reorganization, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. Noteworthy cases include Uniflow Manufacturing Company, Erie Forge and Steel, Inc., McInnes Steel Company, National Forge Company, Elgin Electronics and Electralloy Corporation.

Mr. Fustine is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and has been included in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward White) since 1993.
