Mr. Thomas practices almost exclusively in the area of Workers' Compensation.  He served as Chairman of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section, was a member of its Executive Committee and has served as a speaker on workers' compensation law before various industrial and insurance-related groups.  He also serves as an appointed member of the Workers' Compensation Judges' Rules of Procedure Committee of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
