Mr. Gula has a degree in Pharmacy and seven years of experience as a practicing attorney in Delaware and Pennsylvania.  His primary area of practice is bankruptcy, with a focus on business reorganizations and commercial litigation.   He represents clients under chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.  Mr. Gula is also a member of the Patent Bar and advises clients on all types of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks and copyrights.  He prepares patent applications, trademark applications and submissions to the United States Copyright Office.
