Mr. Claypool is a full-time member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group.  He graduated with distinction from The Pennsylvania State University and with honors from Duke University School of Law.  Mr. Claypool's practice concentrates on creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.  He is a past vice chairman of the Erie County Bar Association Bankruptcy Committee and is board certified in consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification.  Mr. Claypool has lectured extensively on the subject of bankruptcy and creditors' rights to attorneys, businessmen and creditor groups.  He is a member of the Erie County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
