Mr. Devlin is a cum laude graduate of Colgate University with a degree in molecular biology and a minor in history.  Mr. Devlin earned his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2002.  While at the University of Pittsburgh, he served as the editor-in-chief of its Law Review. 

After graduating from law school, and working at the Knox Firm for one year, Mr. Devlin clerked for the Honorable Richard L. Nygaard on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
