Mr. Pentz is Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Law Group. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of the Dickinson Journal of International Law. He practices in the area of workers' compensation representing employers and insurance carriers throughout Western Pennsylvania. This practice includes representing insured, self-insured, third party administrators and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers compensation and heart and lung law as well as counseling employers in ancillary workplace programs such as return-to-work programs, accident investigation and accident prevention. 

Mr. Pentz is a Council member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section and is active in a number of committees of the Erie County Bar Association, including chairman of the Erie Workers Compensation Section. He regularly speaks on workers' compensation topics at seminars for employers, insurance companies and related groups.
