Mr. Perhacs is an honors graduate of Duquesne University and Saint Vincent College. An editor of the Law Review at Duquesne, he served as a law clerk to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Perhacs' practice includes employers in widely diversified industrial and commercial settings, as well as a large number of school districts and municipalities. A former faculty member in Gannon University's MBA program, he served as Solicitor for Labor Relations for Erie County from 1979 to 1982, and from 2006 to the present.
