The senior member of the Labor and Employment Law Group, Mr. Zamboldi also served as President of the Knox Firm from 1997 through 2006. He graduated with honors from St. Bonaventure University and from Villanova Law School.  At Villanova he served as editor of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. A former field attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, Mr. Zamboldi has represented private sector employers in labor and employment law matters for more than 30 years. He represents a broad base of industrial and commercial clients in both union and non-union environments.  Mr. Zamboldi was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2004, 2005 and 2006.  He is an approved arbitrator on the panel of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Mediation and serves frequently as an arbitrator in cases arising under collective bargaining agreements.
