Mr. Sennett received a bachelor’s degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1980. He received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1983. Mr. Sennett is a member of the Erie County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Mr. Sennett concentrates his practice in the areas of governmental and public finance law, including housing law, education law, eminent domain, zoning, planning and land use. Mr. Sennett represents the Erie Sewer Authority, Erie City Water Authority, Erie Western Pennsylvania Port Authority, Millcreek Township School District, Millcreek Township Water Authority, Summit Township, Mill Village Borough, Erie County Vocational Technical School, North East School District and several other municipal authorities, boroughs and school districts.
