  Timothy S. Wachter
 
 
 
 

Mr. Wachter is a member of the Government and Finance Practice Group.  He received his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.  Following the receipt of his undergraduate degree from Gannon University, Mr. Wachter served as an aide to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge, as the Special Assistant for Special Projects to Pennsylvania Governor Mark Schweiker, and as a Pennsylvania Site Advance Team Member for the Office of White House Advance.  Mr. Wachter also worked as an Economic Development Analyst in the Economic Development Assistance Office at the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.

Mr. Wachter also serves on various local boards and committees.  Mr. Wachter's practice focuses on electronic discovery compliance and planning, economic development, education law, state and municipal government law and election law.
