Mr. Zieziula serves as chairman of the Real Estate Group.  His practice is concentrated on real estate development and environmental, health and safety law. His environmental practice encompasses regulatory compliance, transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Zieziula also regularly represents clients in commercial real estate transactions and in zoning and land use planning matters.

Mr. Zieziula holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Gannon University. As a student at Gannon, he was named Scholastic All-American for excelling in both academics and athletics. Following graduation, Mr. Zieziula worked as an environmental chemist. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law where he was on the Law Review and graduated Cum Laude.
