Mr. Sennett graduated from Holy Cross College and the Georgetown University Law School, where he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Review. He served as Attorney General of Pennsylvania from 1967 to 1970. Mr. Sennett's legal practice is primarily in the finance and municipal finance areas, where he serves as bond counsel and underwriters' counsel for both municipal and business issues. As a bond lawyer, Mr. Sennett works extensively with the Internal Revenue Code and Securities and Exchange Commission regulations. He also has an extensive background in estate planning and administration.
