Mr. Claypool is a full-time member of the Knox law firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group and is Board Certified in bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. His practice is concentrated in creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Mr. Claypool has lectured extensively on the subject of bankruptcy and creditors' rights to attorneys, businessmen and creditor groups.

  • Regularly assists banks, credit unions and other financial institutions in loan workouts, collection actions, foreclosures, replevins, ejectments, and all Bankruptcy matters
