Guy Fustine Represents Seven Retired NFL Players In Concussion Litigation

Knox Law shareholder Guy C. Fustine, Esq.has registered (and thus will represent) seven (7) retired National Football League (NFL) players for the In re: National Football League Players’ Concussion Injury Litigation class action settlement, which became final and effective on January 7, 2017 (No. 2:12-md-02323 (E.D. Pa.). Most of the retired players are from the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The registration deadline for receiving benefits from the league’s $1 billion settlement fund was today, August 7, 2017, as reported on the settlement’s website. The settlement is estimated to be the largest legal settlement in sports history.
