Jerome C. Wegley Appointed to Board for New Erie Catholic School System

Jerome C. Wegley, Knox Law shareholder and Board Treasurer, was recently appointed to the board of directors for the newly created Erie Catholic School System. He has been a board member for Prep-Villa since their merger in 2009.
As reported on GoErie.com, Mr. Wegley joins seven other individuals on the board who will work with newly appointed President of the System, Damon R. Finazzo.
At Knox Law, Mr. Wegley's practice involves business law (corporate and partnership law, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning), asset protection planning, and estate planning and elder law (complex estate planning and administration; nursing home, Medicaid and special needs planning).
He speaks often to a variety of audiences on business law and estate planning & administration topics.
