Mark Wassell Speaks in Sharon on Investigating Employee Complaints

Mark T. Wassell is speaking tomorrow in Sharon, PA at the biannual "breakfast briefing" hosted by the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation of Western PA & Eastern OH, and also sponsored by Knox Law and the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.

His two-hour topic includes "Responding To and Investigating Employee Complaints, with a focus on allegations of sexual harassment" and also "Disciplining and Discharging Employees: A Review of Practices and Relevant Policies." Typically, 20-30 representatives from local employers attend.

At Knox Law, Mr. Wassell counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and education. Mr. Wassell’s practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks and collective bargaining. He also conducts in house training programs for employers on a number of employment topics.
