Richard Perhacs Appointed to PA Labor Relations Board Panel

Richard Perhacs, shareholder at Knox Law, has been appointed by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board to its panel of fact finders and arbitrators.

He is now eligible for appointment by the Board on a statewide basis to issue decisions establishing wages and benefits for corrections officers and court related employees who do not have the right to strike, and to issue public recommendations for contract settlements for school and municipal employees.

At Knox Law, Mr. Perhacs has counseled both local government and business employers on labor and employment law issues for over 40 years. He has represented more than a dozen public school systems, including Erie’s Public Schools with over 1,300 employees. A former faculty member in Gannon University's MBA program, he served four County Executives as Solicitor for Labor Relations for Erie County.
