Timothy S. Wachter Speaks at Pennsylvania Lake Erie Environmental Forum

Timothy S. Wachter will speak on Monday, September 19 at a meeting of the Pennsylvania Lake Erie Environmental Forum. The forum, hosted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the Pennsylvania Sea Grant, starts at 1:00pm at the Erie County Conservation District office.

The theme of the section in which Mr. Wachter will speak is "Funding Sustainable Municipal Stormwater Management" and his topic is "Legal Structures and Public Policy Approach."
