Schools have been closed for in-class instruction for over a month and the notion of a "workplace" has been altered for both instructional and non-instructional employees. These changes have both legal and financial consequences and personnel-related questions are continually arising over application of new federal and state laws and PDE guidance.

This free, one-hour program will address questions school entities are facing on a daily basis involving labor and employment issues.
