Mr. Sennett focuses on governmental practice and public finance, including representation of school districts, municipalities, authorities, boroughs, townships and other governmental entities. He helps public entities develop solutions in the areas of housing law, education law, eminent domain, zoning, planning and land use, among others. Mr. Sennett obtained his juris doctor degree from the University of South Carolina Law School and a bachelor of arts from New York University.

  • Represents school district and local government clients at public meetings, providing advice on various topics and interacting with the general public on issues of concern
  • Represents local housing authorities in landlord/tenant eviction actions
  • Prepares and reviews bond documentation for recent issuances for government clients
