Mr. Bartlett concentrates his practice on elder law, Medicaid planning, estate and trust planning, and estate administration. He has previous experience as a fiduciary advisor at a large financial institution, administering trusts, reviewing estate plans and monitoring compliance for individuals and families. His private practice experience includes a variety of legal issues including estates, real estate, civil and delinquency. A native of Massachusetts, he graduated from the University of Rhode Island and Roger Williams University School of Law.
