Nearly 30 representatives from long-term care facilities in northwestern Pennsylvania are expected at the event, which is held every year at Saint Mary's Asbury Ridge in Millcreek.
Elliott J. Ehrenreich's topic is "Repeal and Replace? A Long-Term Care Provider’s Current Obligations Under the Affordable Care Act."
Mr. Ehrenreich, who is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York, concentrates his practice on business acquisitions and financings, health law and other general business transactions.
Carl N. Moore will speak about "Workers’ Compensation Issues Affecting Long-Term Care Facilities." Mr. Moore practices in the areas of workers' compensation and governmental law.
Mark T. Wassell will speak about "The Family and Medical Leave Act: Still Crazy After All These Years."
Mr. Wassell, who is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and Ohio, has been helping employers with labor & employment issues for over 30 years.
Robert D. Zaruta will provide a "2017 Wage and Hour Update."
Mr. Zaruta’s practice is focused on a variety of labor & employment matters, including litigation. He works with both private and public employers.
Finally, Julia M. Herzing will close out the afternoon with "The Trump Administration: What Can Employers Expect?"
