Knox Law Attorneys, including shareholder Elliott J. Ehrenreich, recently represented Rolling Fields Elder Care Community in its acquisition by Heritage Ministries.

Rolling Fields, in Conneautville, Pennsylvania, was founded in 1968 by Duane and Marlene Braham, who renamed the former Ida M. Cribb’s Memorial Home upon purchasing the facilities and property. Currently, the 181 bed facility includes elder care, outpatient rehabilitation, independent living retirement residences, and childcare services for employees and the community.

Heritage Ministries, founded in 1886, operates seven locations in New York in addition to affiliations in Washington and Illinois.

At Knox Law, Attorney Ehrenreich concentrates his practice on business acquisitions and financings, real estate development and construction projects, health law and other general business transactions. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New York and has successfully represented a diverse range of clients including businesses, franchises, physician practices, a national healthcare service provider and several nonprofit entities throughout our region and beyond.
