Mark J. Kuhar speaks this Wednesday, November 2, at an HR Forum hosted by Gannon University's Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

The lunch event starts at 11:30am at the Center for Business Ingenuity on State Street in Erie. Mr. Kuhar will address the Department of Labor's recent rule regarding the minimum guaranteed weekly salary for most overtime exempt positions, which increased from $455/week to $913/week and is effective December 1, 2016. He will clarify these new rules and help attendees determine whether the duties of their employees allow them to be treated as overtime exempt.
