Carl N. Moore
Of Counsel
Carl practiced in the areas of workers' compensation and governmental law. He participated as a speaker on workers’ compensation issues involving employers and insurance carriers, as well as issues pertaining to education law at various seminars. He previously served as the solicitor for seven school districts in Northwestern Pennsylvania and also as the solicitor for the Venango Technology Center. He was also active on several committees of the Erie County Bar Association and is a Past President of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association.
