Summer Associate Program

Law students are welcome to apply to our annual Summer Associate Program, which typically runs from late May through early August (10-12 weeks). Participants work closely with our attorneys, paralegals, and staff on a variety of client matters, earning hands-on experience in several practice areas and industries.

Participants are assigned a mentor for ongoing support and guidance. We provide feedback throughout the program, including a mid-summer and final review.

We also want to get to know our Summer Associates. We host a variety of social events designed to foster collegiality with our attorneys and also to highlight the best Erie has to offer in the summer.

Affordable and walkable housing options are available - we provide as much suppport as needed.

If you are an exceptional student and interested in joining our team, we encourage you to apply using your schools on-campus interview process. If we are not scheduled at your school, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis in August and September of each of year.
