Carl N. Moore Presents at Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association Fall Workshop

Carl N. Moore is speaking today, October 22, at the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association’s Fall School Law Workshop in Hershey, PA. The workshop is a multi-topic, expert-level seminar designed for Pennsylvania school law practitioners, reviewing current issues arising in representing public school entities and offering ideas for practical approaches and solutions.

Mr. Moore’s topic is “Board Governance: Tips on How to Have Effective and Efficient Board Meetings."

At Knox, Mr. Moore practices in the areas of governmental law and workers' compensation. He serves as the solicitor for seven school districts in Northwestern Pennsylvania and is also the solicitor for the Venango Technology Center. He has participated as a speaker on issues pertaining to education law at various seminars. Mr. Moore is active on several committees of the Erie County Bar Association and is a Regional Director of the Pennsylvania School Boards Solicitors Association.
