Julia M. Herzing and Mark T. Wassell, Shareholders, will speak on April 15, 2021 via webinar to the HR Management Association of North Central Pennsylvania.

They will discuss The Biden Administration: What Can Employers Expect?

The presentation will address how a change in administration can shape employers’ experiences under the various labor and employment laws which govern the workplace. Attorneys Herzing and Wassell will review how the election of President Joe Biden has impacted enforcement of labor and employment laws and regulations during the first 100 days of his presidency and will look forward to discuss what employers can anticipate in the future.
