Andy focuses his practice on governmental law and litigation, providing legal services to municipalities, school districts, and other public and private entities.
His legal career includes experience in a variety of practice areas, including serving as solicitor to a number of municipalities and authorities throughout several counties in northwestern and southwestern Pennsylvania. Andy has practiced in front of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Erie County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated (Martindale-Hubbell).
