Attorneys Herzing and Zaruta Speak at NWIRC Manufacturers Growth Conferences

Julia M. Herzing and Robert D. Zaruta will both address "Trump Change" at the NWIRC's Manufacturers Growth Conferences this week. The conferences were designed to help manufacturers to learn "best practices to create and sustain profitable growth."

Ms. Herzing will speak in St. Marys, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, May 17 (event agenda here), and Mr. Zaruta will speak in Erie, Pennsylvania on Thursday, May 18 (event agenda here). Each will discuss how President Trump's administration could potentially impact manufacturers with respect to labor and employment law.

Both Ms. Herzing and Mr. Zaruta practice labor and employment law, helping both private and public employers with workplace law compliance, hiring and firing issues, collective bargaining and more. They also represent employers in defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims.
