Attorneys Scibetta and Havard Present at ECBA Lunch-N-Learn
Jeffrey D. Scibetta and Nadia A. Havard are each presenting at an Erie County Bar Association lunch-n-learn seminar on Wednesday, April 8. The event, titled “Estate Practice: Highlights & Recent Developments,” offers attorneys 1.0 continuing legal education credit and is being held at the Bayfront Convention Center.
The event will also feature a brief retrospective of 2014 by The Honorable Elizabeth K. Kelly, Administrative Judge in the Erie County Court of Common Pleas - Orphans' Court, followed by an open discussion.
Mr. Scibetta will present a review on recent updates to the statutory rules pertaining to Powers of Attorney in Pennsylvania. Mr. Scibetta's practice involves complex estate planning and administration, business planning, succession planning, tax planning and real estate.
Ms. Havard will present an overview of the most recent decisions by Pennsylvania Courts related to estate planning and estate administration matters. Ms. Havard's practice involves tax law, estate planning, estate administration, and business law.
