Four Knox Attorneys Selected for 2015 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® List

Bryan G. Baumann, Mark G. Claypool, Francis J. Klemensic and Peter A. Bryan G. Baumann

Bryan G. Baumann is a full-time litigator and is AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated. He has extensive experience representing clients in commercial and construction disputes, injunction proceedings, and trust & estate disputes. He has argued before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and represented clients in federal and state courts in various jurisdictions.

Mr. Baumann is licensed to practice in Illinois, New York, and Pennsylvania and was previous on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars List in 2013 and 2014.

Mark G. Claypool

Mark G. Claypool has been on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® list since 2011. He is Board Certified in Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, and his practice is focused on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Mr. Claypool regularly assists banks, credit unions and other financial institutions in loan workouts and collections actions. He has also successfully counseled numerous Chapter 11 cases to confirmation and represented individuals and sole proprietorships in complex Chapter 7 and 13 proceedings. Mr. Claypool is an appointed member of the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Francis J. Klemensic

Francis J. Klemensic has 30 years of experience practicing medical malpractice defense as well as general civil and insurance litigation in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania. His main focus is on the defense of health care providers including hospitals, physicians, dentists, podiatrists, rehabilitation facilities, therapists, and psychiatrists. Mr. Klemensic has been included in The Best Lawyers in America® for Medical Malpractice Law - Defendants since 2012, and was previously listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® in 2011 and 2014. He was also selected as Best Lawyers® 2015 Lawyer of the Year for the Pittsburgh metropolitan area in Medical Malpractice Law - Defendants.

Peter A. Pentz

Peter A. Pentz has been on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® list since 2012. His practice is focused on workers' compensation, representing employers and insurance carriers throughout Western Pennsylvania, and he is certified as a Workers' Compensation Law Specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is also President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section. Mr. Pentz represents insured, self-insured, third party administrators and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation as well as counseling employers in ancillary workplace programs, return-to-work programs, accident investigation and accident prevention.
