Julia M. Herzing Participates in Panel for PBA Civil Litigation Section
Julia M. Herzing, shareholder, will participate in a panel for PBA's Civil Litigation Section "Trial Minicamp" tomorrow, March 30. Attendees will hear trial tips, including introducing and connecting your theme at trial, tactically getting witnesses to tell your story by asking the right questions the right way, and how to use media and presentation to advance your trial theme.
The event, being held at the Sheraton Bayfront Erie Hotel, features other attorneys, Judge Stephanie Domitrovich of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas, and Justice Sallie Updyke Mundy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Attendees can earn 3.5 hours of substantive CLE credits. More information can be found here.

Ms. Herzing works with both private and public employers, counseling and representing clients on compliance with workplace laws, hiring and firing issues, and collective bargaining.
