Knox Law's Knox Law Institute hosted over 200 people at our 2018 Workplace Law Forum last Tuesday, September 25th at the Ambassador Center - the largest firm event to date.

Five Knox Law attorneys, Mark Wassell, Mark Kuhar, Julia Herzing, Robert Zaruta and Neal Devlin, presented on topics including Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Act, Privacy in the Workplace, Local Law Update, Ban the Box, Curbing FMLA and ADA Abuse, Supervisor & Manager Training, and Mediation of Employment Litigation.

The event also featured keynote presentations on Medical Marijuana in Pennsylvania by Dr. Elizabeth Harrington, PharmD., from RISE ERIE, and City of Erie Chief of Police Daniel Spizarny and Deputy Chief Mike Nolan.

227 human resource and business professionals enjoyed lunch, afternoon educational sessions, and a networking happy hour. Previous Workplace Law Forums were held in 2013, 2015 and 2017. We look forward to continuing to host this event annually.
