Knox Law Statement on Inclusion

Posted on January 08, 2019

Although Knox Law is not identified as “LGBT-welcome” in the recently-published print version of the 2019-2020 VisitErie Adventure Guide, the Firm is in fact fully open, inclusive, and welcoming of LGBTQ clients and vendors, present and prospective. Also, by longstanding policy and practice, Knox Law is an equal opportunity employer.

In order to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, employment decisions at the Firm are based on merit, qualifications, and business needs. The Firm does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, genetics, national origin, ancestry, religion, creed, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, citizenship status, veteran status, political affiliation, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law, or because of an individual's engaging in legally protected activities.

Thank you.
