Knox Law Welcomes Robert D. Zaruta, New Labor & Employment Associate

Robert D. Zaruta is a new associate with Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett,P.C.

Mr. Zaruta is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Knox Law, he worked at a firm in Kingston, Pennsylvania where he focused on a variety of labor and employment matters, including litigation. Mr. Zaruta has worked with both private and public employers, counseling clients on compliance with workplace laws, hiring and firing issues, and collective bargaining. He has represented employers in unfair labor practices action, including appearances before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Zaruta earned his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is married to Laura Zaruta.

At Knox Law, Mr. Zaruta will focus his practice on labor and employment matters. He joins a team of 40 attorneys who have been providing quality legal services to business, governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, insurance companies, financial institutions, individuals and families for more than 55 years.
