Mark T. Wassell Speaks About New DOL Overtime Rules in Warren

Mark T. Wassell is speaking Wednesday, June 22, for the Human Resources Association of Warren County about the Department of Labor's new overtime rules. He will address wage and hour updates, classifications of exempt and non-exempt employees, and what employees should be considering now, before the rules take effect on December 1, 2016.

The event starts at 4pm at the Conewango Club in Warren and will conclude with a cocktail hour, courtesy of Knox Law.

Mr. Wassell counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and education. His practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks and collective bargaining. He also conducts in house training programs for employers on a number of employment topics.
