Mark T. Wassell Speaks for Mercer County CareerLink

Mark T. Wassell speaks tomorrow, October 12, for Pennsylvania CareerLink of Mercer County on the recent regulation update by the Department of Labor on overtime, effective December 1, 2016. He will speak to the Employer Advisory Council on "The New “White Collar” Overtime Rule: Are You Ready for It?"

The event starts at 8 a.m. at the CareerLink office in Sharon, Pennsylvania.

At Knox Law, Mr. Wassell counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and education. His practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks and collective bargaining. He also conducts in house training programs for employers on a number of employment topics.
