Mark T. Wassell Speaks in Mercer County About Discrimination in the Workplace

Mark T. Wassell speaks in Mercer County on Wednesday, November 16 at a "breakfast briefing" jointly sponsored by Knox Law, the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Community Foundation of Western PA & Eastern OH, and the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce. He will speak on "Discrimination in the Workplace: Developments in the Areas of Sexual Harassment and Disability Discrimination."

The briefing starts at 8:30 a.m. with complimentary breakfast at the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce in Sharon.

Mr. Wassell speaks for this group two times each year, focusing on various labor & employment issues faced by large and small employers in the region. At Knox Law, he counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and education. Mr. Wassell’s practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks and collective bargaining. He also conducts in house training programs for employers on a number of employment topics.
