Nadia A. Havard Lectures for LifeWorks Erie Series on Powers of Attorney

Nadia A. Havard will be speaking this evening, October 1, at the weekly LifeWorks Erie Lecture Series. Various attorneys from the Estate Planning & Administration Group at Knox will present each session, which are all being held at the LifeWorks facility at 406 Peach Street from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Ms. Havard will lead tonight’s discussion on Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Powers of Attorney.

LifeWorks Erie is an independent and non-profit organization established to provide medical care and community preventive services and to serve as a convenient, central point of service for meals, education, recreation, socialization, and self-enrichment programs.

Ms. Havard concentrates her practice in tax law, estate planning, estate administration, and business law. She regularly employs efficient wealth transfer planning techniques and assists clients with their estate plans. Ms. Havard also actively assists business owners with dispute resolutions and business succession.
