Neal R. Devlin Speaks at Federal Bar Association CLE Program

Neal R. Devlin will be a panelist at tomorrow's CLE program hosted by the Western District of Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. The program is called "Good Faith" Don't Enter Into ADR Without It" and will feature other attorneys and representatives from the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The CLE program precedes a reception in recognition of the accomplishments of the Honorable Susan Paradise Baxter, Federal Magistrate Judge for theU.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Erie Division.

The CLE program starts at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow, May 14, at the Erie Club, and the reception is from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

At Knox, Mr. Devlin focuses his practice on litigating complex and commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country. He also practices in constitutional law, appellate practice, and commercial, employment and tort litigation. Mr. Devlin was selected as a 2015 "40 Under 40" by theErie Reader and 2014 "Lawyer on the Fast Track" by The Legal Intelligencer and has been included in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation since 2013. He is on the Board of Directors for the Erie City Mission, Council Member of the Church of the Nativity and is President of the Church of the Nativity of Christ Foundation.
