Paycheck Protection Program Application Released and Finalized

The Paycheck Protection Program Application for financial relief due to the COVID-19 pandemic has been released and finalized. A link to the application is here.
Applications from Small Businesses and Sole Proprietorships will be accepted beginning Friday, April 3, 2020. Applications from Independent Contractors and Self-Employed Individuals will be accepted beginning Friday, April 10, 2020.
Applications can be made through any existing SBA Lender or other lending institution that is participating.
Applicants should be prepared to provide historical payroll reports, including wages paid, state and local taxes assessed on compensation, health insurance premiums, retirement plan contributions, and independent contractors that would otherwise be considered employees.
