Rimaz Mustfa Accepted to Jefferson Civic Leadership Academy

Rimaz A. Mustfa has been accepted into the 2025 cohort of the Jefferson Civic Leadership Academy (JCLA), the first Knox Law representative to participate since the program began in 2015.
JCLA "brings together professionals from across the region for leadership development, collaborative problem-solving, and dialogue focused on the future of Erie County." Participants will research a topic important to the community and develop a group action plan. JCLA is hosted by the Jefferson Educational Society, a nonprofit think tank, and "prepares Erie professionals for meaningful, fulfilling, and impactful engagement in their community by providing a dynamic and unique environment that fosters teamwork, growth, and learning through a transformative experience." Knox Law also supports the Jefferson Educational Society's annual Global Summit, and Tom Tupitza serves on their Board of Trustees.
Rimaz's legal work includes labor & employment law for private and public entities, including nonprofits.
